Forest Park Trebjesa, where the hotel is placed, is located in the central part of Niksic. Trebjesa is one of the main outgoing spots in the area for locals and for the visitors. This hill represents more than a coniferous forest, Trebjesa is a piece of heaven, for athletes and recreationalists and for everyone that seeks peace.

Hotel is located on the top of the hill, as one of the main cities’ symbols, which beside hospitality services, has one viewpoint that offers the most beautiful panoramic views over Niksic. Hotel is built in the 70s, projected by famous architect Slobodan Vukajlovic. At first it had a name “Jastreb” (“Hawk”), because the shape of the building symbolizes the bird with spread wings. In the testament of its beauty, speaks the historical fact that Italian industrialist Giuseppe Calabrese, after his first visit to the hotel wished that the same building enriches Italian coast line. That lead to hotel Grotta Regina (Queen of caves), being built in place Tora a Mare near city Bari.
